How do points work?

    Three moves. That's it.

    Earn here. Spend there.

The shop that takes the points never loses a dollar.

    Maya's pass:
    Rosa's BakeryWhere she earned
    Myles trustHolds every point's dollars
Glow SalonFirst visit, found on Myles

Why does Glow never lose a dollar?
    • Rosa paid for Maya's points the moment Maya earned them.
    • That money sits in a trust account. It isn't Myles' money and can't be spent on anything else.
    • When Maya spends points at Glow, Myles sends Glow that money the next morning.
    • So Glow gets the full price: part by card, part from Myles.
    • The $35 she paid by card is a normal member sale. Maya earns points on it and Glow pays 7%, like any shop.
    • The $5 paid with points costs Glow nothing.
New customers find youPoints from other shops bring people through your door. Free marketing.
Paid in fullEvery point spent at your shop is paid to you next morning.
It works both waysYour customers' points travel too, so they're worth more and they come back to earn.

Give out and take points on the same day, and you get one transfer for the difference.

The shop picks where points work.

    What do these mean?
    • Solo: points earned at your shop can only be spent at your shop. Classic loyalty.
    • Semi-solo: points work only inside your own network, such as a chain's locations or a group of shops you choose.
    • Open pool: points work at every Myles shop, big or small. This is where new customers come from.
    • You pay 7% on member sales in every mode.
    • Promotions: extra points you offer to bring in new customers. You set a monthly budget.
    • You can change this any time. Points already earned still work where they did when earned.

    How Myles makes money.

One price for every shop: 7% of member sales, before tax. Tap any question for the details.

    Reminders that stay quiet.

When Maya walks into a shop where her points work, Myles can tell her. Strict rules decide if it's worth a ping.

Needs the optional Myles app. With just the wallet pass, she sees a simple note near shops she has saved.

Less work for the shop and the customer.

        The blue dot is yours.

        How to read this chart
        • Left to right: how much work the shop does. Left is less.
        • Bottom to top: how much work the customer does. Bottom is less.
        • The best programs sit bottom-left, in the "Where Myles aims" box.
        • The blue dot moves as you change your program in the builder.
        • Tap any dot to see how that program works.
